Kana reported 2 days backup codes saved from Dec 2022 (and never used) are not working to re login today.

Andi reported 2 days can’t login into my account, been logged out and now it asks to confirm my phone number but I get no messages with the code, tried everything, also it says “feedback_required” if I try to secure my account via email… :(( is there no tech support available?!?!?.

reported 2 days I had same issues days back but,with the help of company they helped me my restored my instagram account back and I can now access my account back as normal you can message them for help.
